Spiros graduated from the Technological Educational Institute of Western Greece in 2016 with a degree in Physiotherapy. He then completed his Masters at Glasgow Caledonian University, with a focus on translating research into clinical practice.
He has experience working in both busy private and national settings, evaluating and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries. He believes in employing a holistic approach when treating his patients. He places huge value on listening to and understanding their needs so that he can tailor their rehabilitation programs and speed up their recovery.
He has a keen interest in the treatment of neck, back, shoulder pain and sports injuries and uses a combination of manual therapy and individualised exercises. He specialises in ergonomics having worked in a previous role undertaking desk assessments based on best practice and evidence based clinical standards. He also has extensive experience of treating sports related injuries having worked in a large gym chain as resident physiotherapist.
He has completed post graduate courses in spinal manipulation, mobilisation with movement, kinesio taping and manual therapy.
In his spare time, Spiros enjoys going to the gym, swimming, cycling and travelling.
