Ann

Ann uses a wide range of techniques including cranial osteopathy, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation and muscle energy techniques to support each patient’s unique needs.

Ann has dreamed of becoming an osteopath since the age of five, with a clear vision from the very beginning: to care for babies, children, and expectant mothers. Today, that childhood passion has become a professional reality. She graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and has further qualifications in Medical Acupuncture, dry needling, and Kinesiology taping.

Ann uses a wide range of techniques including cranial osteopathy, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation and muscle energy techniques to support each patient’s unique needs. She is committed to ongoing professional development, and ensures she stays current with evolving techniques and research.

Whilst Ann., like all Osteopaths specialises in treating back, shoulders and knee issues , she has a huge passion for infant and pre amd post natal osteopathy and is dedicated to supporting families through important stages, helping mothers prepare for birth, aiding recovery after delivery, and caring for babies as they grow and develop, helping with baby feeding and sleeping issues . Families consistently appreciate her calm manner, clear explanations, and collaborative style of care.

No matter the patient, Ann will be there to help each of you move toward better health, balance, and overall well being.
