Meet Sal Gould
Sal graduated from Brunel University in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and went on to work in the NHS for a number of years to complete various rotational posts.
Sal is qualified Pilates teacher as well as a chartered Physiotherapist. Graduating in 2011 she has worked at the BUPA centre since 2015 before joining the team as a specialist sports injury and MSK physiotherapist drawing on my extensive musculoskeletal experiences to deliver holistic and individualised treatment plans to maximise each patient’s effective recovery.
Over the years, she has taken numerous postgraduate courses to develop her musculoskeletal skills and uses a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, taping and exercise to help clients achieve their goals. She is a registered member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) as well as a qualified Pilates teacher (trained by the APPI). She has a special interest in low back pain conditionsand believes in empoweringpatients with knowledge and understanding of the human body and its ability to recover following an injury or surgery to facilitate recovery and return to physical activities. She feels passionately about encouraging patients to bring exercise into their daily lives.
Outside of work, she can be found on daily walks with her dog traversing the local countryside or finding new National Trust places to explore. She keeps my body fit doing Pilates and HIIT and her mind stimulated with creative painting.
