Osteopathy

Osteopaths specialise in the diagnosis, treatment, management and prevention of conditions that are due to problems with the joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves.

Treatment involves gentle, manual techniques – easing pain, reducing inflammation and muscle spasm and improving mobility. The techniques we use are based on current medical research to ensure we provide the most effective care to all of our patients and do not involve the use of drugs or surgery.

Osteopathy focuses on causes, not just symptoms in order to prevent future episodes. It is therefore suitable for both acute (recent) and chronic (long term) pain and as primary health care professionals, we are qualified to assess your general health. The techniques we use are based on current medical research to ensure we provide the most effective care to all of our patients.
