Meet Gifford
Giff is a fully qualified Sports Therapist,
Giff has keen interest in the human anatomy from neck, shoulders, back to lower limb and finds joy in treating injuries amongst the general population to professional athletes.
Giff utilises soft tissue therapy work which includes Sports massages, Deep tissue & Swedish to release muscle tension, alleviate joint pain, swelling, headaches, aid lymph drainage, calm the nervous system & aid in recovery from referred trigger point pain.
Giff is fully insured member of the Society of Sports therapists.
Outside of work, Giff is a proud dad of 2 boys and enjoys playing tennis occasionally and stays active as a semi-professional football referee.

A few sessions and I'm cured!!! Like many others I gave up on the NHS waiting list and came here for immediate treatment. I was crippled with pain and couldn't work. I highly recommend Rebecca to all with back problems!!
