Ann

Ann is a compassionate and skilled Osteopath who uses a wide range of techniques – including cranial osteopathy, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, and muscle energy techniques – to support each patient’s unique needs.

Ann has dreamed of becoming an osteopath since the age of five, with a clear vision from the very beginning: to care for babies, children, and expectant mothers. Today, that childhood passion has become a professional reality. She graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy and holds additional qualifications in Medical Acupuncture, Dry Needling, and Kinesiology Taping.

She is deeply committed to ongoing professional development and ensures she stays up to date with evolving techniques and the latest research.

Like all osteopaths, Ann treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues – including back, shoulder, and knee conditions – but her greatest passion lies in infant and pre- and post-natal osteopathy. She is dedicated to supporting families through important stages of life: helping mothers prepare for birth, aiding recovery after delivery, and caring for babies as they grow and develop, including support for feeding and sleeping challenges.
