Meet Shahina
Shahina graduated from Kings College London BSc in Human Biology and then MSc in Accelerated Physiotherapy from Teesside University in 2008. Shahina has worked across Orthopaedics, Intermediate Care, Respiratory ICU and Elderly care Rehab.
She has vast background training and experience from working in 5 London NHS trusts, resulting in a breadth of experience in treating MSK (Musculoskeletal) conditions, Women’s Health antenatal/Postnatal care & exercise, Acupuncture, beginners to advanced Pilates, Paediatrics and Occupational Health. She is highly committed to deliver the most bespoke care for every client, focussed on their goals, function and aspirations.
Alongside Bucks Osteopathy & Physio, she currently works in London with MSK and pain services. She performs injections, MSK ultrasound scans and runs pain management groups. Above all, she is keen to get all her clients towards optimal motion and function with mind and body.
Shahina is a devoted, ordinary runner and will run a half marathon most Sundays and the very occasional marathon. She mixes this up with strength training, Pilates and yoga. She is an avid nature explorer with her family and loves to cook, bake and read.
