Meet Oskar

Oskar is a friendly and dedicated registered osteopath with more than 15 years of experience working in healthcare. He takes a patient-centred approach, tailoring treatment to each person’s symptoms, lifestyle and goals.

Oskar graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. His treatment approach may incorporate structural osteopathy, cranial and visceral techniques, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation exercises, depending on the needs and preferences of each patient.

He has also completed additional training in Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping and a range of manual therapy techniques. He is committed to continuing professional development and regularly updates his knowledge to provide safe, evidence-informed care.

Oskar treats patients of all ages, from babies and children through to adults and older people. He also has an interest in supporting women during pregnancy and after childbirth, helping them manage the physical changes and demands associated with these stages of life.

He commonly works with patients experiencing back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries, postural concerns and reduced mobility. Treatment plans may include hands-on osteopathic care, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises and practical lifestyle advice.

Patients appreciate Oskar’s calm and approachable manner, thorough assessments and clear explanations. He believes the best outcomes are achieved by working collaboratively with patients, helping them understand their condition, feel confident in their treatment plan and work towards long-term improvements in movement, function and wellbeing.
